July 3rd Service, 10:30 AM
"Special Performance" - Jim Scott
Composer/guitarist Jim Scott, who knew Pete well and collaborated on many projects with the folk legend, will lead the audience singing many of his well-loved songs such as If I Had a Hammer, Turn, Turn, Turn, Where Have All the Flowers Gone and many others. Along with some history from Jim, we'll raise our voices for the causes Pete championed and remember the great contributions to our American heritage Pete made in his 94 years of life.

July 10th Service, 10:30 AM
"Discussion" - Rick Johnson
This morning's program will be an open discussion led by Rick Johnson. Bring an article or topic to share with the group and spark discussion. Coffee and tea will be provided, and those who wish to bring treats to share are encouraged to do so. Children's RE will be provided.

"International Justice Day" - Jim Schuessler
Jim Schuessler will lead a program on International Justice Day, a commemoration of the ratification of the Rome Statute, which created an International Criminal Court for Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide. The U.S. is still not a part of this Court. Children's RE will be provided.

"Outreach with the Covenant of Unitarian-Universalist Pagans" - Rick Johnson
Rick will be leading a program this morning discussing his work with inmates at the Mt. Pleasant Correctional Center. He works with a group that identifies as a CUUPS group, Covenant of Unitarian-Universalist Pagans. He will discuss the difficulties inmates have in practicing their faith behind bars as well as share some of the ritual and liturgy written by the members of the group. Activities will be provided for the youngsters.

"Musical Fellowship and Sing-Along" - Moore Anderson
Moore Anderson and a host of accompanists, singers and songwriters will lead us in a sing-along today. We will enjoy some old time favorites as well as some songs that helped make history in the civil rights, labor, or women's rights movements. Come join us for a day of music with meaning. Children are welcome to sing along this morning!
